Its not a great video Matt but looks like you may have chilodonella to me .I am no expert so do

look again, or check with someone else b4 rushing to treat.

What magnification?

Def not tric you will know that by the very fast spinning disc like appearance..

I'm unable to treat just yet as I've 0.3% in my pond of after dropsy treatment.they are heavily mucused at the moment and flashing regular and one of my koi starting to get sores and we are going to get a cold snap this wk to -7°c not ideal at all.

Do a large water change to get the salt out then you can treat

Alternative treatment you could get ICC by Duncan G and increase your salt to 0.6%.
ICC stands for Ich, Costia and Chilodonella

Just a thought.
