So filter house was allways dry last 2 years but now I have the pond up and running the wall is looking damp/wet.now pond water level is allways the same so I don't think it's leaking. Any body have any ideas ?

I did think that as my drum and bio unit has loads dripping of it. Just funny that it's only on that pond side of wall. I need to make a lid for the skimmer still and that window needs sealing as the last owner never did it.that will be a task will need the kayak out to get across lol.
